Role & Responsibilities- • Coordination of the works at site execution level. • Preparing Method statement & helping to preparing of J S A. • Manpower & resource management at site level. • Preparing & Approving of Pour Card (I T P PAPERS). • Quality Test execution & recording of results. • Generating DPR & Daily Progress monitoring. • Tracking vendor progress. • Preparing work front for the vendor for delivery work progress. • Site measurements for bill verification & Review and Certification of Contractor Bills. • Maintaining Site Instruction book. • Verifying BBS & reinforcement laying as per BBS. • Ensuring the quality at site as per designed specifications. • Rectification of Snags & Continually improve work practices, resource productivity, efficiency. • Reviewing contractor/vendors manpower deployment. • Ensuring that correct version of drawings are being followed at site. Ensuring correctness of Layout & checking the major layout works. 1) Familiar with technical specification & Instruct and educate the site engineers, Supervisors and labour at site & motivate staff and develop the team. 2) Planning the work for at least a week in advance with PQS, in Consultation with Project Manager. 3) To give daily work program to all site engineers. 4) Coordinating all activities at site & Ensure target completion as decided in contract client work schedule. 5) Check whether progress is in line with scheduled programme and plan to make up for loss of time. 6) Check overall budget Vs Progress and reports to PM for corrective measures at site. 7) Update daily progress & quantum of work through the duly certified reports from site Engineers & Co-ordinate with Planning Dept on the work schedule. 8) Reports to Project Manager on Total progress for the day. And plans for future.
