Project Leadership & Strategic Decision-Making – Report directly to the Director, provide strategic, technical, and investment inputs for railway infrastructure projects.Technical Oversight – Oversee execution of works, inspect sites, monitor progress, and resolve structural challenges in coordination with Railway Assistant Engineers.Stakeholder Coordination – Maintain direct communication with Chief Engineers, Deputy Chief Engineers, and Assistant Engineers of the Railway Department for approvals, technical queries, and progress updates.Tender & Bid Management – Identify relevant tenders, participate in JV discussions with main contractors, prepare compliant documentation as per Railway GCC, and personally submit bids to ensure accuracy.Project Estimation – Assist the Director in project cost estimation and obtain approval for bid amounts.Financial Management – Approve and manage all payments, transactions, salaries, and project accounts.Documentation & Billing – Head the documentation team, oversee preparation and verification of bills by the Project Head, and ensure alignment with contract requirements.Investment in Projects – Invest in awarded railway works to support project execution and business growth.
