I would like to describe myself as a highly motivated, hardworking individual. I am able to meet strict deadlines and can work well under pressure. To become a successful educationist is my ultimate goal. To be associated with a reputed organization which would provide me the opportunity to apply my knowledge and expertise to train students effectively. With my educational and professional knowledge, skills & potential that i have gained through my working experience, i believe that i can make a positive contribution towards this field of education and thus be a significant addition to the organization by giving my best to it. During my 42 years of Academic career,I have developed an expertise in the field of Education(TeacherTraining),DistanceEducation,Capacity Building, Quality Assurance in Distance Education,Programme Evaluation, and, Training & Development in Higher Education including Distance Education system. My M.Sc.(Mathematics) with specialisation in Mathematical Statistics, and my M.Ed. with specialisation in Measurement and Evaluation as well as my Ph.D. in Education covering Measurement and Evaluation area will be of much use in framing Research Tools (Questionnaire / Opinionnaire) for data collection and its Analysis. My M.A. in Distance Education has mastered me in Self Instructional Material Development, Staff Development, Research in Distance Education, Quality Control, Learner Evaluation etc. for Distance Education scenario. My Diploma in Training & Development has mastered me for training needs assessment and accordingly,I can develop a training programme for any group of persons irrespective of the course content to be taught.
