   Job Profile: Retirement Pension payout • Currently working as an Quality Checker for Retirement Benefit Pension Services• Reviewing the application/request for the pension payment of Defined Contribution plan ( 401k, 403b,457b) and Defined Benefit Plan.• Processing Lifetime and Fixed period pension pay-out requests for Participants.• Determining the eligibility of Participants for pension payment.• Verifying the total amount of funds available in Participants Account.• Calculating the Retirement Transition Benefit eligible percentage.• Preparing excel calculator for pension pay out request in dollar amount from multiple plans.• Reviewing the process Checklist which is prepared by processor.• Reviewing the Federal and State taxes as per participant’s request.• Review the NIGO (Not in Good Order) forms to prevent financial loss and making the OUTREACHES via email, fax and letter to get the IGO form and required information.• Verifying and updating the payment destination (Bank accounts, Resident address, Rollover to other investment companies, etc.)• Communicating with onshore client service manager and Participants, Employer via emails, Fax and teams chats to acquire authorization to process a request.• Pulling the volumes report hourly basis and sharing with offshore and onshore teams.• Assigning tasks and delegating authority to team members according to their capabilities.• Have been well accepted within the team as a helping hand to solve queries of team members.• Conduct Monthly assessment to ensure the growth of new joiners.
