I lead a team that supports Thermo Scientific LIMS systems. I take care of setting up and managing Thermo Scientific servers like Citrix, application, database, label printer, and scheduler servers. I handle new Thermo Scientific LIMS build installations and configurations and validations of LIMS system. I also review support tickets, help solve technical issues, and guide my team to improve their skills. Additionally, I manage CAPA and Change Management activities to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant with pharma regulations and I have experience with Unit testing, functional workflow testing and Regression testing of LIMS System. I have strong knowledge on SAP to LIMS interface testing and LIMS to LES systems.I have experience in Preparations of Labware LIMS Masters Data. Static Data Preparation LIMS V7 and migration data activities.• LIMS lead for Master data creation and Review activity of master data. • Phase-1 & phase-2 LIMS Static data creation.• Instrument interfacing port based and file based. ° Handing of issues resolving through service now Ticketing tool to end user. • End to End Product Configuration Knowledge, Analysis Configuration With Calculations.• Pharma Template Understanding like Relationship Between Item code, Sample Plan,Analysis, Lists and Product.• Good knowledge of Basic LIMS.• Experienced in Labware LIMS modules Like Inventory, Instrument Interfaces, Lot management, Stability.• Basic knowledge in SQL.• Experience in SAP application. • Issues resolving in LIMS in production environment.Root cause analysis • Good Knowledge in Caliber E LIMS 3.6.1 E• Qualification of GXP and Non GXP instruments as per 21 CFR. Analytical department in pharmaceutical Formulation organisations and Good experience in Handling of analytical instruments,followed by good laboratory,good documentation practices.Good experience in Analytical method transfer and validations and calibrations of Analytical instruments and Analytical instrument qualifications (IOQ and PQ) For Gxp and Non Gxp instruments. Preparation of URS,Risk assessments and 21CFR Matrix,change controls etc.
