   1) The PDP objective is to develop the Process Design Package for Shell’s Blue Hydrogen Facility, designed as a single hydrogen production train with 2x 535 TPD Gasification Reactor Strings. • Responsible for all major process deliverables for the Carbon Capture and Regeneration Unit, including key documents like PFS, PSFS, MSD & PEFS. • Performed Hydraulic calculations (Liquid circuit, Gas circuit) & DPDT Calculations.• Performed sizing for Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers and Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, aligning with the Shell DEP and TEMA guidelines. • Prepared process documents including Process Datasheets, Equipment List, Utility Summary & Line List.2) The PDP objective is to develop the Process Design Package for Shell’s Blue Hydrogen Facility with standardized single-train configuration designed to produce 500 metric tons per day (TPD) of hydrogen. • Performed Hydraulic calculations for Liquid circuits and Gas circuits • Performed sizing for Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers and Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, aligning with the Shell DEP and TEMA guidelines. • Prepared process datasheets for Pumps, Shell and Tube HE’s, Air Cooler’s and Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers. • Prepared process engineering documents, including Equipment Lists, Utility Summaries, and Line Lists. 3) Conventional PDP - Blue Hydrogen Process • Conducted thermal rating for heat exchangers and air coolers using HTRI and vessel sizing with the Shell VDT, followed by preparation of detailed process datasheets.• Performed Hydraulic calculations using Worley hydraulics calculation template.
