As an Application Support Engineer at Syndigo, a leading provider of product content and syndication solutions, I work with a team of developers and analysts to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our cloud-based applications. I use my skills in Datadog, AWS, and Docker to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data ingestion, processing, and delivery, as well as to implement enhancements and upgrades to our systems and platforms. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support and guidance, and to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. I have been working in the application support field for over five years, starting as an Application Support Analyst at HCLTech, a global IT services company, where I gained valuable experience in supporting various enterprise applications and technologies. During my tenure at HCLTech, I contributed to several significant projects, such as migrating a large-scale application from on-premise to AWS, and optimizing the performance and security of a critical data pipeline. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Nalanda Degree College, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I also completed two online certifications from LinkedIn, Learning Docker and Cloud Computing Careers and Certifications: First Steps, to enhance my knowledge and skills in the cloud domain.
