Revit / BIM 3D Modeling * All projects completed in the last 6 years using Revit 20••••19 & Edge^Revit precast tools.* Build accurate 3D models, including brick, reveals, recesses, warping tees for drainage, etc.* Model steel structures if required for coordination with precast connections.* Add connections into model, and build custom families for non-standard embeds & connections * Produce thoroughly detailed & accurate erection drawings off the model. Precast Drafting Experience:* Layout precast erection drawing plans and elevations.* Draw all connection details necessary for erection of the project.* Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, elevator, PV system, etc.* Check other\'s shop tickets for accuracy and correctness.* Ensure drawings conform to the precast manufacturer\'s standards.* Write RFI\'s to obtain info that was missing or unclear on the contract documents.* Create shop tickets for architectural and structural precast pieces.* Draw fabrication details for all non-standard connection plates and embeds.* Provide a count of all loose material needed for erection of the project.
