ABOUT SATISH KUMAR
I have hands-on experience in single crystal X-ray diffraction structure solution and refinement, space-group analysis, and interpretation of residual electron density. On the computational side, I work with DFT-based methods for geometry optimization, electronic structure analysis, and property calculations using tools such as Materials Studio, Gaussian 09 and CASTEP.My current interests include Mechanochemical Synthesis of metal complexes and study of metal–ligand interactions, supramolecular assemblies, molecular sensing mechanisms, and integrating experimental crystallography with computational modeling.
