His last full-time employment was with the big four consultancy, E&Y (Ernst & Young) as Sr. consultant to Govt. of Bihar on its ambitious project “Bihar Skill Development Mission.” Prior to that he handled different managerial and leadership roles in some leading organisations like Skymet Weather Services, Adani Wilmar, Biju Patnaik University of Technology and Aptech Global Learning Solutions.
