Day to day issue and series quality management to ensure prompt resolution in case of quality issue on WIPL production line which is related to surface coating/ plastics. • Drive end to end solution to problems reported from various sources (Field/Line/Receipt)• Monitor effectiveness of resolved issues through robust materialistic measures. • Carry out structured paint & SQ audits at suppliers. • Training of Shot blasters / Painters / Inspectors and supervisor. • Conduct periodic Quality reviews meetings with defined agenda and trends to bring out suppliers from rejection table.• Prepare various MIS reports.• Engage/ Handhold in new part / new supplier development process.• Drive supplier process improvment as per WIPL guidelines / protocols• Hands on experience in painting process and demonstration of capabilities in plastic parts development.• Understanding of interfacing of parts and troubleshoot to develop co-relation of failure.• Engineering change implementation • Carryout Plastic parts feasibility, PPAP activity and series implementation. • Frequent travel to suppliers and associates
