Configured plant network like FTE network• Strengthened process network of Profibus and Remote I/O network selection and commissioning work• System upgrades and modifications (Installation/configuration/implementation & commissioning) of Honeywell’s product range• Understanding and designing of System & Network Infrastructure. Network Firewall Knowledge: Cisco, Fortinet, Firewall rules configuration.• Working on different types of Protocols in the DCS network • Set up a web server and data historian for DCS.• Troubleshooting of the process control loops (pressure, temp, level, flow, etc.) connected to PLC & DCS.• Preparation of Instrument design basis, General Engineering specification• Calibration and maintenance of various types of instruments like level, pressure, flow, temp - INST, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, and pressure switch.• Knowledge of P & ID, IPDS, hook-up, loop wiring, and signal flow diagrams.• Handling of breakdown jobs, preventive jobs, and IMS work.• Understanding of area classification and safety requirements.• General knowledge of various types of work permits, and preparation and maintenance of documents and records.
