   This was one of the most challenging period of his career in JLR India, as the organization was going through the change management. JLR India was now moving to JLRTBSI (Jaguar Land Rover Technology and Business Services India)\\\\nHe played a very important role of redesigning the entire organization structure, recreating the job families and much more for JLRTBSI.\\\\nHis adaptive nature, helped him to adjust with the new organization, thus he made sure that the entire organization and employees also accept and adopt the change.\\\\nHe has managed multiple projects as Head of HR which includes, designing the HR policies, implementation of rewards and recognition policy, redesigning the employee friendly Insurance policy and many more.\\\\nHe has also played a very important role as Head of HR in one of the biggest synergy program \"Project Disha\" which also demonstrated the great team work between India and Europe. Under his supervision, JLR India in support with TATA Motors, successfully recruited 200 technicians in Europe (Slovakia) This was possibly first time in the history of Automobile Industry that such a huge number is recruited from India to Europe.\\\\nHe is also currently focusing on building JLRTBSI as a great brand and positioning it as a great place to work.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
