Hands on experience with Toyota Production System(TPS) concepts like 5S, Hiejunka planning, JIT material plan, Kanban, Hoshin Kanri etc.

   Operating Leader for Supply chain analytics operation for Heavy Manufacturing and Services industry responsible for P&L management of over $7MM, driving transformation, delivery excellence and customer satisfaction globally across our customers Key projects engagement include S & OP planning, Inventory planning/ parts planning for manufacturing operations and after market services, Inventory depletion projects( Slow and Non-moving), manufacturing capacity planning, Demand/Supply planning, supporting services operations on field services, project management operations(PMO), Cost and Project margin reviews etc.Key digital transformational projects delivered include - Inventory depletion for slow and non moving parts by creating a workbench tool. Deleivered an impact of $12MM of inventory depletion- Development of a digital parts classification and forecasting tool using advanced machine learning techniques to improve forecast accuracy of service parts - Improved MAPE by 25% and a inventory reduction of $6MM Euros - Developed a tool to visualise manufacturing capacity at a workcenter level to give a legobrick view on capacitied and utilization with a feature to optimize/pull in and pushout projects - Improved manufacturing OTD from 60% to 85%.As an Onsite customer representative led an engagement to setup and manage a 4PL logistcs operation for an automotive major based in India and Thailand- Setup a team of 12 members to design and operate inbound logistics operations for 3 of its plants. Activities include network design and planning, carrier sourcing, carrier and cross dock operations management. Respnsible for driving YOY logistics cost reduction- Delivered a logistics cost savings of $2.6MM over a span of 3 years(6% savings YOY)- Improved routing efficiency to 90% and truckload cube utilizaton from 55% to 85% on high volume lanes.
