A professional with over 17 years of experience in Food domain out of which 8 years had been in to the areas of Quality Operation/ New product development/ Production/ Vendor Development and Quality Assurance in FMCG Sector and having been carrying out System Auditing since 2010.Experience of monitoring suppliers and vendors for the timely execution of procurement order / contract terms. Approximately man-hours have been employed in Food Safety Auditing (ISO FSSC V3.1, V4.1 & V5), which broadly includes Dairy (Milk processing (Jam, Pickles, wine manufacturing, Juices, Malt based carbonated beverages), Flight Kitchens & Hotels, Fats & Oil, Slaughter Houses, Bakeries, Cocoa Processing, Gum manufacturing, tea processing and blending, packaging material viz. blow and injection molded etc. and approx. 1500+ man-hours have been employed in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004/2015 and BS 18001:2007/ ISO 45001:2018 Auditing.Have Had a privilege of auditing prestigious offices of Govt. of India viz. Hyderabad House an official dining place for all the foreign head of the states. International auditing experience viz. Aujan Beverage Company in Dubai & KSA (Saudi Arabia), Cocoa Processing in Olam Cocoa Ghana, Royal Group of Hotels in Hong Kong and National Beverage Company in Lebanon.
