Responsible for leading the design and delivery of the reward agenda for the business whilst reforming and shaping the reward strategy going forward, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and engagement across all elements of Reward. Areas of Focus: • Reward Lead for aligned business areas, providing advice, guidance and governance covering all reward matters in line with budget and best practice. • Supported reward governance frameworks and processes including Job Evaluation (Willis Towers and Watson) • Acted as a collaborative enabler with the wider HR function educating HRBP’s and management teams on all reward matters. • Designed and implemented a Reward Comms strategy with HR and Comms to ensure clear and accurate communication of reward and recognition interventions. • Managed the end-to-end delivery of cyclical reward processes including but not limited to: annual salary reviews, annual bonus, annual performance management cycle, benefit renewals. • Accountable for the review and development of the UK wide reward and benefits solutions in line with the business needs; optimise reward and benefit solutions to balance cost with employee attraction / retention.
