My role encompasses both Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) oversight and specialized expertise in lifting operations, where I ensure adherence to international lifting standards, safe rigging practices, and effective load-handling procedures.I work closely with construction teams, crane operators, and rigging crews to manage lifting plans, conduct risk assessments, and enforce critical controls, ensuring that all lifting activities are executed safely and efficiently.Passionate about protecting people and preserving the environment, I take pride in contributing to one of Africa’s most ambitious infrastructure projects. Working amidst Tanzania’s unique natural landscapes inspires my commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement in both safety and lifting performance.
