An aviation safety professional with over a decade of experience and a Master\'s degree in Aviation Safety and Bachelor\'s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, I have a strong foundation in Safety Management Systems within airline and airport operations. Currently, I am working as SMS Manager in SpiceJet Airlines, I lead the implementation and continuous maintenance of the SMS in the organisation to comply with ICAO doc 9859 and CAR SMS & CAR 145 requirements.
