Since then, I have spent over six years working with clients across e-commerce, fintech, and SaaS, learning that every conversation has the potential to create impact.For the past one and a half years at ZoomInfo, I have worked as a Customer Solutions Analyst, helping global clients unlock the true value of our platform. I have learned how to blend product expertise with empathy, simplify complex challenges, and help customers not just use a tool but succeed with it.Now, as I transition into a Customer Success Manager role, I am excited to take a more proactive approach by partnering with customers to align technology with strategy, turning insights into outcomes, and becoming a trusted advisor who helps them grow.Outside of work, I am a fitness enthusiast, a decade-long habit that has taught me discipline, patience, and the value of showing up every single day.
