I am an HR Generalist taking care of the entire gamut of activities which includes but not limited to end-to-end recruitment (interview/offers/onboarding/induction/training) and employee relations and attrition analysis and other adhoc activities like- Issuance of offer letters, appointment letter to new joinees- Formulation of HR Policies till the implementation- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities- Maintain database for data retention of all appropriate offer and interview documents, for audit purposes and compliance- Assisting Payroll & Handling Leave Management- Closely working with hiring managers on recruitment plans and leads them for efficient and effective closures- Handling the Exit formalities- Executing “Employee Engagement” initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging
