ABOUT SATHYA ASOKAN

With several years of experience in India\'s largest power-generating company, I have navigated diverse roles across Planning & Systems, Business Excellence, and Human Resources. My journey began after graduating from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, where I started in Planning & Systems, contributing to project management, system implementation, process improvement, budgeting, and monitoring. From greenfield to brownfield projects, I gained invaluable insights into operational efficiency and strategic execution. Transitioning to Business Excellence, I played a key role in obtaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications for Solapur STPP Project while spearheading the Quality and Professional Circle movement. Simultaneously, I contributed to Learning & Development, coordinating training programs for the Regional Learning Institute. In 2019, I moved into Human Resources, expanding my expertise in Public Relations, Welfare, Employee Development, Performance Evaluation, Manpower Planning, and Employee Benefits. My ability to connect with people, foster collaboration, and drive organizational growth has been a defining aspect of my career. I strongly believe that teamwork makes the dream work, and that an organization’s greatest strength is its people. Beyond my professional journey, I have a diploma in Interior Design, and creativity fuels my enthusiasm. Designing award-winning magazines and brochures, along with my love for doodling and drawing, keeps my artistic side alive. As a Holistic Transformation Coach, I hold space for individuals to align their inner world with their outer actions so they can live more fulfilled, purposeful, and integrated lives. Co-partnering on their journey of self-discovery is something I truly cherish. I look forward to create meaningful impact in my endeavors!
