At SCGB I head the legal consulting vertical and specialise in the area of general corporate and commercial laws. We work closely with clients in the MSME industry in the tech and non-tech domains and provide contract drafting, review, negotiation, corporate advisory and dispute resolution management services.I have 11+ years of experience of working as a corporate lawyer and I am passionate about business and law. With me and my team working as a fractional legal team with multiple start-ups and MSMEs we are fortunate to have rare opportunity of working very closely with leadership teams, understanding and contributing to their businesses at intimate levels and serving themthrough our cumulative experience of having served a variety of business domains and industries. Our focus practice areas are in the technology, commercial real-estate, healthcare and service and manufacturing sectors. I have previously worked as an in-house legal counsel in the healthcare, health-tech and pharmaceutical domains with my last engagement (after which I began entrepreneurial journey) as a full time employee being at Biocon Limited
