Presently working at Vestas Wind Technology India Pvt Ltd as NCR Coordinator in Regional Construction Quality APAC department Since August 2023 to Present dateWork responsibilities:*Overall responsibility and accountability for management of Non-Conformances across APAC.*Set strategy and direction (in line with Organizational requirements) to coordinate NCRs & CoPQ Governance and costrecovery across APAC.*Collect, check and input into SAP all relevant Non-Conformity (NC) information from project sites*Define the required task to rectify the NC including identification and supply of spare parts, materials, tooling, logistics and work orders;*Coordinate the NC materials, tools and spares with value chain functions. NCR and CoPQ Reviews with Value chain team & implementation*Support Project and Site Managers to coordinate and resolve NC lists and support the handover to the Service team.*Preparation of NC & CoPQ defect and data analyses though problem approaching tool*Cost recovery from customer and vendor co-ordination with internal and external stake holders*Ensuring NCRs are correctly entered into system (SAP/Procore) & correcting if required•NCR costing is accurate & in line with actual cost/time to address (Cost validation)*To provide disposition for repair or rework or replacement in NC and communicate to the site team.*Training to site team about the SAP NCM Management*conduct weekly/fortnightly NCR related meetings with relevant stakeholders*Perform Problem Solving & Decide Problem Solving method for NCR creation at site.*Involving the quality improvement projects for the effective implementation of CAPA
