Composing list of packages to outsource, material supplies, vendors for management approval and allocating budgets. 5) Obtained Subcontract, materials and asset purchase requisitions, prepared enquiries for subcontractors. 6) Preparing scope of works and sub – contractor’s accountabilities for outsourced packages in consultation with the technical team. 7) Amalgamating all necessary documents like BOQs, drawings, specifications, schedules, responsibility matrix, programme, draft of sub-contract/supply agreements, commercial terms acceptable etc. 8) Manage and Monitor Subcontract/Material Enquiries to the Market, obtaining tender returns and check for completeness of submissions. 9) Conducting tender commercial analysis and allowing for adjustments due to exclusions and qualifications. 10) Preparing and submitting deviation list for alternatives/ VE options proposed and obtaining approval from the technical team and consultants. 11).Providing post tender clarifications to the bidders to confirm their understanding of the works and compliance to all the technical and commercial requirements. 12) Assessed historical purchases of stock for similar requirements and ensured suitability of the product and subcontractors. 13) Negotiate rates, prices and payment terms.14) Approving sub-contractor/supplier based on the tender analysis and ensuring all documentsnecessary to formalize a contract are stamped and signed.
