Implemented process improvements for Resistance and GMAW systems, utilizing various welding technologies. Maintained welding systems, ensuring adherence to specifications, and interpreted specifications for manufacturability. Supported maintenance activities, including PM scheduling and training technicians in welding. Collected, tracked, and advised on downtime issues, implementing short and long-term solutions. Cooperated in answering questions and providing information for internal and external audits related to ISO 9001/IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer standards. Maintained welder continuity, conducted tests, and trained new hires while overseeing incoming materials and inspection scheduling.
