ABOUT SATHISHKUMAR S

Sathish has 7+ years of experience in various areas of Traffic and Transportation Planning within the European and Asian regions. He is conscientious and motivated Transport Planner with a strong passion for innovative Traffic and Transportation studies, Travel Demand Modelling, Economic Feasibility Studies, etc, with experience particularly in undertaking strategic transport modelling. This is supported by experience in diverse settings, developing both analytical and interpersonal skills. He has also well-developed communication expertise, adopts proactive approaches to problem-solving and teamwork whilst displaying flexibility and resourcefulness.He is proficient in the use of the highway modelling software package called SATURN. His experience in data analysis means that he is skilled in undertaking larger data sets and maximize the efficiency with the automatic programming like Macro VBA and Python. Also, he is effectively practiced in network coding, matrix building, matrix manipulation and model validation to the very latest UK’s WebTAG standards. Sathish is also versatile with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for various representation of data and report preparations inputs. With his experience, Sathish is also working currently towards achieving Chartered/TPP status.Also, he has completed his masters(M.Tech) dissertation titled \"Capacity and Level of Service for Varying Widths of Urban Roads and Influence of Frictional Parameters\" in CRRI-New Delhi.
