Tracking all the outstanding Items closely and taking them to closure.• Deriving the process and driving the impacted global vendors to follow the steps in order to be compliant for any changes incorporated in the Tax Interview/Requirement by local Tax authorities.• Co-ordinate with the Compliance, Advisory & Business teams for any new country launches to understand all the local requirements and help them in creating the SOP/Instructions documents and to set the process.•Having core knowledge in validating Tax forms like W9, W8Ben, W8Ben-E, W8IMY, W8ECI and 8233 to ensure correct information is stored in the database and provided assistance with Tax Interviews when required. Created SOPs and Training documents to facilitate the new hires with Knowledge Transfer.•Have completed the Reporting Analysis for W8 IMY (Intermediary Agents) single handedly in 2019 and have saved Amazon Liability of $46831 in 2019.
