During my tenure at Aarvee Associates, I was actively involved in the preparation of Feasibility Study Reports and Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for several key urban mass transit infrastructure projects across India. My work primarily focused on technical assessments, corridor alignment studies, and evaluating multi-modal integration for metro systems. I contributed to the feasibility study for the construction of Double Decker (Flyover-cum-Metro) corridors under Bangalore Metro Phase-3 and 3A, covering Corridor-1 from JP Nagar 4th Phase to Hebbal (29.20 km), Corridor-2 from Hosahalli to Kadabagere (11.45 km), Sarjapur to Ibbalur (14 km), and Agara to Koramangala 3rd Block (2.45 km). I was also part of the team preparing the feasibility study for the extension of Bangalore Metro from Madavara (BIEC) to Tumakuru (52.41 km) under the model, and for three additional corridors—Challaghatta to Bidadi, Silk Institute to Harohalli, and Bommasandra to Attibele—spanning approximately 50 km. Additionally, I contributed to the feasibility study for introducing a Mass Rapid Transit System in Salem City, the extension of Chennai Metro Phase-II Corridor-4 from Poonamallee to Parandur, and the preparation of the DPR for the proposed Madurai Metro project.
