   Responsible for managing day to day activities of overall maintenance for factory, implementation of quality, monitor & analysis of electricity, diesel consumption, consumable of spares, AMC and propose ways to improve effectiveness & optimize expenses.• Oversee key responsibilities of planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling.• Monitor/maintaining on daily service complaints of Electricals, Civil, Plumbing & carpenter works which is received factory & branches.• General preventive & breakdown maintenance of machines and Utility equipment like such as Diesel Generators, HT Power Transformer with OLTC protection panel, Air compressor, cold room with chillers, On-Line UPS with Battery, RO plant and STP etc. • Maintaining Daily & Monthly Preventive Maintenance check sheet and analysis of down time for repetitive breakdowns for production machineries & Utility equipments.• Maintaining the MTTR, MTBF activities for Machineries and Utility equipments.• Inspect all the branch buildings to determine for repairs & renovation works. • Tracking department budgets, monitor expenses of electricity, fuel/diesel consumption, AMC, repairs & maintenance cost and annual breakdown targets.• Conduct periodic inspections to identify performance and safety issues with the machinery and resolve, so that improve a sites operational efficiency and reduce down time.• Monitor spares procurement, maintain critical spares, consumption pattern with reliability and follow up for purchase requisition. • Projects related to planning, BOM with Estimation, vendor development with supply sourcing, monitor/ analysis of expenses progress reports on weekly/monthly basis.• Coordinate with plant manager for other facilities to improve the quality of work place and policy implementation also continuous improvement.• Ensure all planned regulatory and statutory compliance tasks are completed on or before their due dates and accurate maintenance records are maintained.
