About Sathish K.
Passionate about technology, leadership, and human connection, I am first and foremost a forward-thinking, innovative, and professional leader. My education, which consists of a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Tennessee, have allowed me to have a vibrant career in IT, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as due diligence during exit events. I provide software solutions to businesses with projects ranging from $10M to $50M, and assist in the transferring and consolidation of ownership between companies and organizations. I currently work with CarePayment as their Chief Information and Technology Officer. Here, I spearhead the company’s information technology, security initiatives, and am involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle. I have an extensive 17+ years of IT, Mergers and Acquisitions, and due diligence experience in a wide array of verticals, including healthcare, financial, music, pharma, merchandising, franchises, and education. In this time, I have held titles such as Application Development Manager with Servpro Industries, VP of Technology with Brainworks, and Technical Manager / Senior Architect with Strasz Assessment Systems. I have worked on projects for clients such as CompassiTech, Macy’s Systems & Technology, Health Bridge Inc, and Warner Music Group NYC. However, in all my time in technology, the most valuable thing I’ve learned is the importance of selfless leadership, good communication, and sound values.
