Working as a Senior DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer for a large-scale banking platform, responsible for end-to-end cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platform engineering, CI/CD automation, observability, security, and reliability.• Architect, provision, and operate 12+ production AWS EKS clusters (Kubernetes 1.27+) hosting 150+ microservices processing 2M+ daily transactions with 99.8% SLA• Design AWS networking including multi-VPC architecture, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC peering, PrivateLink, Route53 private hosted zones, ALB/NLB, CloudFront, and WAF• Implement Kubernetes platform components: HPA, Cluster Autoscaler, Karpenter, Calico NetworkPolicy, RBAC, Pod Security Standards, IRSA, CoreDNS customization, ingress controllers, PV/PVC, and secrets management• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (declarative pipelines, shared libraries) and GitHub Actions, integrating Maven/Gradle builds, Docker multi-stage builds, SonarQube, Trivy, Snyk, and Fortify security gates• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD (ApplicationSets, sync waves, auto-heal) and Helm, supporting blue-green and canary deployments with automated rollback• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform modules, remote state (S3 + DynamoDB), policy enforcement, and automated provisioning workflows• Automate configuration management, patching, and compliance using Ansible playbooks and roles across Linux servers and Kubernetes environments• Design observability stack using Prometheus (PromQL, Alertmanager), Grafana dashboards, Loki logging, CloudWatch metrics/alarms, Datadog APM, and Splunk for centralized logging and alerting• Implement security controls including container image scanning, runtime security, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), IAM least privilege, and PCI-DSS aligned practices•I have managed 8 OpenShift clusters deployed on on-premises environments, including Bare Metal and OpenStack.
