Managing corporate relationships across varied Industries such as Manufacturing, Textiles, Logistics, Cement etc- Preparation and finalisation of Credit Apprasisal memorandum for new clients and existing clients in Large corporate space. Prepare Assessement of all facilities sanctioned/proposed to the client. Undertake Pricing approval for the facilities proposed in consultation with Senior Relationship Manager- MIS Preparation, collation and timely circulation of the same for different Internal teams, RBI and other regulators- Undertake Internal Credit Rating and regular Due Diligence checks on portfolio clients and monitor the overall credit health of the portfolio- Understand client needs through regular Interactions and meetings with the client. Widen the engagement with the client by identifying requirement for any additional facilities and credit products. Communicate the same to RM/SRM to propose additional credit facilities to client- Establish business relationship with new clients inline with the Bank’s policy and criteria- Manage, monitor and control portfolio Covenants. Prepare required documens, unit visit reports, EOI reports etc… on a timely basis- Engage in Post sanction activities like Sanction Letter generation, generation/preparation and execution of required loan documents. Assist the RM/SRM in identifying required collateral security and coordinate for obtaining legal opinion, valuation report. Corodinate with client, internal teams for completion of security perfection and file requiste charges- Assist RM/SRM in managing the Portfolio and acquiring new clients
