Leading Group BOP costing initiatives o Harmonize the costing methodologies & procedures & ensure the timely implementations at BG level o Harmonize the Economics and ensure timely update in costing Tools o Contribute to continuous improvement processes on tools and methodology o Drive AI & Digitalization of costing activities to improve the efficiency Ensure program costing procedures are implemented and followed: Acquisitions and Sourcing o Consolidate and challenge acquisitions BOP cost. o Consolidate and report the gap to benchmark for BOP sourced monthly. o Participate to Global Purchasing Steering committees. Ensure the reliability of the gap to benchmark reporting in serial life and communicate it to all internal customers (Global Commodities, Group Management): o Validate the gap to benchmark for BOP parts monthly o Ensure all benchmark and actual data are accurate in the target costing tools Synergy with Global Commodities: o Drive serial purchasing Gap convergence initiative together with BG costing Managers and Global commodities Directors o Create feedback system for continuous improvement of data quality, costing methodologies and process Others: o People Development: Develop cross BG talent pool, Coach the relevant teams on costing fundamentals and audits methodology. o Manage the BOP costing tool.
