Order management activity-• Responsible for end-to-end Order management Process from demand till goods receipts for assigned category• Processing of Requisitions and Purchase Orders in-line with the MRP & stocking levels.• On time execution of Purchase requisitions and Intercompany stock transfer orders to achieve the KPI’s of functions assigned• Validate the demands as per pre-approved guidelines for inventory control• Facilitate resolution of inquiries and internal customer concerns related to the orders and delivery process. Assists in logistics transactional activities as assigned• Responsible to coordinate with intercompany cross functions globally• Assist proactively to help achieve organizational goals• Actively uses continuous improvement tools to improve HS & E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction• Handles special projects as assigned• Conducts all business activities in accordance with BHGE, Safety and Environmental policies,Legal Compliance requirements and Core Values• Co-ordination of Inbound & Outbound logistics to ensure timely receipt of goods to meet customer order demands• Cordination with external vendores & customer ship to preparation• Intelligently stocking inventory for timely supply which saves cost of goods & services• Reduce order cycle time on customer orders• Keeping a track of the all shipments• Communicate stock availability to sales team/customer as per system• Provide the Import documents (CIPL, COO, COA & BL/ AWB etc.)details to customer/sales team
