With over 12 years of experience in the education sector, I am a Senior Academic Excellence Manager at LEAD School, a leading ed-tech company that provides integrated learning solutions to thousands of schools across India. In my current role, I oversee the academic quality and performance of over 200 schools, ensuring that they meet the standards and expectations of LEAD School\'s curriculum and pedagogy. I also design and deliver teacher training programs, monitor and evaluate teacher effectiveness, and provide feedback and support to enhance their professional development. Some of my achievements include increasing the student learning outcomes, reducing the teacher attrition rate and facilitating the successful implementation of LEAD School\'s learning management system and digital content across schools in AP and Telangana.My core competencies include educational leadership, teacher training, educational management, curriculum development, and data analysis.
