About Satadru Mukherjee
Over the last 15 years, I\'ve worked across startups, media, publishing, and financial services, leading brand, marketing, and strategic communications for organisations across India. The through-line has always been the same: how do you shape the way people perceive something, and make them care enough to stay? Cinema is where I\'m applying that now, as Head of Marketing at Sikhya, India\'s first and only Oscar-winning production house, founded by Guneet Monga Kapoor and Achin Jain, known for backing stories that travel globally and challenge perception. I joined earlier this year to help structure and grow the marketing function. The goal is visibility, cultural relevance, and global resonance for the stories we tell. Cinema felt like the right place to do that work seriously.
