As the HRBP for the India Global Delivery Operations and the Safety Services unit, I am responsible for providing strategic HR support to these business areas. Additionally, as the location HR contact for Bangalore, I play a crucial role in addressing the HR needs and concerns of employees in that location. My key responsibilities are- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and support growth- Drive a culture of service excellence within the business and promote “First Time Quality\" service- Take ownership to identify gap and work on Process Improvement methodology. Provide an exceptional experience through innovation, simplification, and digitization, wherever applicable- Performing various employee touch-points like Focus group connects, attrition analysis, exit- interview feedback, stay interview excerpts for facilitating business to take key decisions- Drive seamless performance management within the business through clear expectations, priority setting, frequent touchpoints, and timely feedback- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, diversity and inclusion, and employee satisfaction to identify trends and areas for improvement- Manage people issues through multiple team partnership, assess root cause, implement solutions to reduce escalations and bring process improvement- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements- Handle ER matters in partnership with Legal and compliance team- Collaborate with the global L&D team to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills, capabilities, and overall employee performance- Collaborate with TA, L&D, and other centralized teams along with business functions to ensure DEI framework is embedded into key programs
