I am a part of the Central Operations team ( the workforce planning team in particular), involved in planning & strategy, analysis and monitoring of workforce planning data. Most of my activities involve working directly with various Service Lines within Cognizant; coordinating with them to do an optimised workforce planning to meet their revenue targets and fulfill the current demand. I am part of calls/meetings with Service Line COOs in reviewing their workforce plan.I also do reporting directly for the CXOs on Enterprise Business KPIs on a daily basis. I have also automated various daily reports in Excel (significantly reducing report preparation time by ~80%).I am involved in Modelling business plans in Excel using important metrics, both at an Enterprise Level & Service Line Level.
