As a Consultant with UNICEF Madhya Pradesh, I provide strategic support in integrating Climate-Resilient Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives across communities, schools, healthcare facilities, and Anganwadi centres. My role includes technical assistance to government departments and other partners (sector partners and CSO) for creating a conducive collaboration and coordination environment, strategy formulation, facilitating capacity-building programs, developing key documents such as technical manuals and operational guidelines etc, formulating M&E strategy, managing knowledge that included knowledge products for state-wide initiatives under the Swachh Bharat Mission, Jal Jeevan Mission, National Programme for Climate Change and Human Health, Mission LiFE-Lifestyle for Environment, Swachh Bharat Swachh Vidyalaya, PM Shri schools, Child-friendly WASH in Early Childcare. I also lead advocacy efforts for sustainable sanitation, climate resilience, disaster preparedness, and gender-transformative approaches, directly contributing to strengthened community resilience and improved public health outcomes.
