Operations team:• Provide legal support to the operations team in contract negotiation with suppliers/vendors, third parties, etc.• Advise on risk management and compliance issues related to the supply chain. Dispute Resolution:• Provide legal support in resolving disputes related to contracts, including negotiations, settlements, or litigation if necessary. Strategic Legal Advice:• Work with the Founder\'s Office to provide strategic advice on any and all legal matters affecting the company.
