A Master’s degree from NYU and an MBA from XIMB in Human Resources, Sasmita Pattnaik has more than 12 years of industry experience in the manufacturing sector with a focus on performance management, talent assessment and management, learning and development, leadership development and data analytics. Sasmita has also worked in the areas of employee relations, HR strategy development, manpower planning, organizational effectiveness, compensation & benefits and mergers & acquisitions integration. Sasmita has rich and varied experience of handling the entire gamut of HR activities across the globe including India, North America and France.
