As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, I support end-to-end hiring operations across IT and Non-IT domains while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic, data-driven recruitment practices.I assist in sourcing and screening candidates for roles in Software Development, Cloud/DevOps, Technical Support, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Functions across multiple industries including IT services, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Construction.
