Lead the end-to-end localisation process of two affiliate marketing web platforms, marketing collateral and internal/external support guides for five languages (DE, FR, ES, IT, NL) from English, managing both day-to-day operations and long-term strategies.• Collaborate closely with development, product, and UX teams to implement localisation best practices, ensuring seamless content adaptation.• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 9 translators and, when required, external vendors (LSPs), handling contract management, translation quality assessment, and providing ongoing support by answering questions and offering context about the platforms and their features to ensure high-quality translations.• Manage translation budgets and provide detailed cost reports to upper management, forecasting expenses for additional language support and new markets.• Serve as the primary reviewer for German translations and maintain up-to-date glossaries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate terminology for company-specific terms.
