Our partners benefit from access to a diverse pipeline of creative professionals, from fresh entry-level talent to those ready for leadership roles, ensuring their workforce stays dynamic and future-focused.Key Responsibilities:Project & Event Management: I design and deliver skills development projects and courses, manage event schedules, and create marketing materials. I also represent Big Creative Education at events, inspiring young professionals.Apprenticeship Recruitment & Training: I lead the recruitment team, overseeing candidate screening, interviews, and client coordination. Additionally, I provide CV and interview training to prepare candidates for success.Marketing & CRM Management: I manage our Apprenticeship marketing assets and continuously improve our CRM systems while analysing marketing efforts for optimal outreach.Collaboration & Compliance: I work closely with the Business Development Team and external clients, ensuring recruitment needs are met and all ESFA paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
