   As Creative Director, I led multi-disciplinary teams (Project, XR, L&D, QA, and Creative) and played a pivotal role in scaling Zealous into one of India’s largest 3D design studios with 800+ artists. My role combined pitch design, branding, client engagement, and creative strategy, helping secure Fortune 500 clients and driving business growth.Key Contributions:• Directed the Project Team, delivering test files and pitch decks that won projects with Amazon, Walmart, Target, Flipkart and more.• Spearheaded Zealous’ rebranding, including logo redesign, website revamp, portfolio creation, and brand experiences for expos.• Built and led the XR Team, pioneering immersive solutions such as a 3D model viewer, 2D–3D conversion tool, and VR training content.• Designed and executed training strategies for the L&D Team that scaled the 3D department from 2 to 800 employees in 18 months, achieving monthly production benchmarks from interns.• Headed the QA Team, solving recurring workflow issues through R&D, conducting client calls, and leading cross-training programs.• Partnered with business heads to design investor presentations, portfolio documents, and business review decks, strengthening Zealous’ client success rate.Achievements:• Delivered pitch-winning creative assets that secured long-term partnerships with global brands.• Reduced SLA and rework rates through creative process improvements and workflow dashboards (QA Stats, Rework Average, Priority Files).• Recognized as the go-to creative partner for 200+ client projects and all internal branding needs.• Honored with the Outstanding Dependability Award twice for consistently delivering high-impact creative solutions under challenging deadlines.
