Developed a cost effective strategy to move/migrate all ongoing projects to Planview. • Implementation lead/ coordinator for Planview PVE 11 Implementation with other PMO Core team divisions in the company IT, Business, Studies groups. • Created custom Tiles to show all the resource and project information based on client needs. • Created custom work, Resource detail configured screens and Lifecycle implementations with OCM (organizational change management). • Created custom Fields, Alternate structures, Configured screens, Tiles, Column sets and RPM Reports. • Involved in upgrading Planview from PVE 11.1 to PVE 11.5 Version with customer care. • Developed s Job scheduling plan for different Planview jobs Daily Tables refresh, Rates refresh, Data mart, Financial Loads (Work, Base line, Forecast and Actual) Versions. • Customize the application as per the Customer requirements on functional side like adding new request lifecycles, Alternate structures, Fields from Planview application front end. • Worked in Planview Administration activities like Upgrading servers with latest Planview enterprise versions and training End users and other technical, functional team members on the impacts of the upgrades. • Published work, Resources, My Planview Tiles and RPM Reports to users based on User roles. • Rolled out Time tracking to all divisions IT, Business, and Clinical studies divisions. • Created Investment Planning (IPM) and Financial Planning Models (FM). • Created Custom RPM reports (SSIS) Project Gantt chart report for a major program and Timesheet compliance reports for RM’s. • Prepared Basic Planview usage guides and time tracking templates for users. • Training users and worked with project managers on gathering requirements on business intelligence reports. • Service now request tracking for Planview. • Transactional data base customization by adding objects like stored procedures, Views to data base and Data mart customization for reports.
