   Defined and executed Amazon Pay\'s Tech architecture 3-year plan focused on reducing cost to build/operation (Engineering Efficiency), improving resiliency, availability and latency to be BII (Best in Industry).• Driving Amazon payments architecture simplification across 4+ organisations to reduce cost to build/operate by 36% in next 3 years.• Defined the technical strategy and implementation to reduce latency for Amazon Pay checkout by 55%(TM99 from 5.6 secs to 2.5 secs) by 2027. • Spearheading launch of Amazon Pay’s first offline payment experience (Tap-and-Pay), extending Amazon Pay’s ecosystem beyond digital commerce.• Designed and developed the payments API/SPIs and refactored Amazon Pay architecture to cut new payment solution provider onboarding by 97%(from 118 months to 4 months), enabling rapid expansion to 15+ PSPs in next 4 years. • Defined and executed the strategy to enable Amazon-specific payment methods (e.g, Gift Cards, co-branded credit cards) on existing PSP rails, making these options available offline and reducing PSP onboarding time by 75%(from 16 to 4).• Defined Development velocity framework to measure feature development and rollout efficiency initiatives, adopted by 3+ orgs, providing an overall saving of 550 SDE weeks till July’ 2025.
