In 2009 I left the corporate world. In 2012, I found my home in nonprofit leadership and never looked back. I\'ve combined 15 years of tech/corporate experience with an MBA in Sustainability to make immediate impacts in my community. As a strengths-based leader, I identify and amplify the unique talents of individuals to build successful teams. I take an individualized approach to engage and empower board members, donors, and community leaders to solve community challenges. Examples of my recent career highlights include: Transformed a grassroots nonprofit organization into a regional leader during the COVID-19 response by creating an innovative strategy that increased distribution by 400% and engaged 2K+ volunteers, donors, and providers. Grew the operating budget from $400K to $4.5M and increased distribution tenfold annually by establishing and elevating mission-critical programs. Created and implemented the donor relations program, performing outreach initiatives with existing and high-potential donors. Continually built relationships through transparent, ongoing communications that led to authentic trust. Secured a $500K corporate gift with a follow-on multiyear commitment. Instead of creating a system for people lower on the income scale that is uniquely for them and highlights their need-creating stigma-Daily Table takes the BOLD approach and says, why don\'t we let you shop alongside, and just like everybody else? How about we make healthy food-produce and proteins-affordable? What a concept!We are dedicated to providing fresh, tasty, convenient and nutritious food to communities ignored by most grocers at prices everyone can afford. We believe that delicious and wholesome food should be available to all. Through a combination of philanthropy and partnership with a network of growers, manufacturers, and other suppliers, we\'re able to make high-quality food available to everyone at prices designed for even a SNAP budget.In addition to a bountiful selection of fresh produce and key grocery staples we offer made-from-scratch prepared foods. These salads and meals are not only *very* affordable, but they aren\'t loaded with suger, fat, and salt (yet still super-tasty!). Our stores provide a shopping experience that empowers people to eat well with the power of their own dollars, removing stigma and equalizing healthy eating.We create living wage jobs, with a strong preference for hiring directly from our neighborhoods.
