   Sendfast is an agile startup in the last-mile logistics domain. We at Sendfast, understand the growing importance to last-mile delivery supplemented by the growth in the e-commerce. Hence, we plan to tap the potential of this market by working simultaneously in both e-commerce and hyperlocal domains. Integrating and working in both the domains helps us optimise our asset utilisation (Delivery executive time). The major pain points in the sector are related to Delivery Executives(DE). How do you lower the attrition rate, optimise their efficacy, manage day on day issues etc, this is our core strength. We hire great candidates and keep them happy, and they keep our customers customers happy. Thus, helping us build a reliable and a sustainable brand in the B2B space. While we emphasise on operational and executional capabilities, we do understand the importance of technology and data. We have build a robust engine, which optimises our operational capabilities (route optimisation, locating tagging, schedule pick-ups etc) and has the ability to scale rapidly in any geography across the globe.
