Responsibilities:1. Managed Lease formalities across APAC, UK & Europe which includes Negotiating of the new office leases and renewals across these regions. Successfully negotiated and concluded leases for 2 regions in Asia and another 2 in Europe showcasing strong negotiation skills and expertise in negotiating lease agreements.2. As a Project Contract Manager for all the fit-out projects across Asia, Europe & UK, NA & LATAM, drove the Contracts & Procurement function, handling the end-to-end Contracting process; from the prequalification of bidders to finalising the detailed contract agreements as per the Project timeframe. Also managed the contract administration & invoicing from issuing POs till contract closure/termination, in addition to handling the contract variations/claims and resolving them in a timely manner. Spearheaded Finance meetings for the projects, facilitating timely identification of critical legal and financial risks and fostering interdepartmental collaboration, leading to quicker resolution of financial issues with key stakeholders across departments and geographies.4. Established strong working relationships with stakeholders across Business, Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP & A, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.5. Managed Business Rates (Property Taxes) and valuation for all UK properties during FY23 & FY24.6. Provide administrative support for the regional REWS Directors and team.
